Forget Me Knot brings together multimedia installations and mixed-media works that explore memory as something held, inherited, projected, and tangled. Through altered domestic objects, family archives, painting, video, textile, and light, the exhibition considers how personal and familial histories shape identity across time.

Bringing together both new and existing works, the exhibition traces the shifting relationship between memory, grief, mental illness, forgiveness, and care. Rather than treating memory as a fixed record, Forget Me Knot imagines it as something continually pulled tight, loosened, and remade.
